These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to sales of products by TAKAVIC LTD, a company registered in the United States with registered office at 8865 Commodity Circle #12, 32819 Orlando, FL, United States (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), via the online marketplace operated by OZERTY.

1. Scope of Application

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
