Ozerty operates as a marketplace that connects buyers with independent third-party sellers. While we enforce policies to ensure compliance with copyright, trademark, and patent laws, occasional oversights may occur despite our best efforts.

If you believe that a listing on our platform infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please submit a formal complaint to our legal team at legal@ozerty.com.

1. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you believe that content on the Ozerty marketplace infringes upon your copyright-protected material, you may file a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown request.

Required Information for Copyright Complaints:

2. Trademark Infringement Notice

If you believe a product listing on Ozerty infringes upon a registered trademark, you may submit a trademark infringement complaint.

Required Information for Trademark Complaints:

  • Jurisdiction where the trademark applies (e.g.  United Kingdom)

3. Patent Infringement Notice

If you believe a product listed on Ozerty infringes upon a registered patent, you may submit a patent infringement complaint.

4. Notice Regarding False or Misleading Claims

Ozerty takes intellectual property rights seriously and respects the lawful enforcement of such rights. However, submitting false or misleading infringement claims may result in legal consequences. Any fraudulent or bad-faith complaints intended to disrupt legitimate business operations, suppress competition, or falsely assert ownership of intellectual property will be challenged in a court of law. We reserve the right to seek damages and legal remedies against any party who knowingly submits a false claim.
