4. Notice Regarding False or Misleading Claims

Ozerty takes intellectual property rights seriously and respects the lawful enforcement of such rights. However, submitting false or misleading infringement claims may result in legal consequences. Any fraudulent or bad-faith complaints intended to disrupt legitimate business operations, suppress competition, or falsely assert ownership of intellectual property will be challenged in a court of law. We reserve the right to seek damages and legal remedies against any party who knowingly submits a false claim.
