The OZERTY website is owned and operated by MOJO FZ LLC (hereinafter "OZERTY").
OZERTY attaches the greatest importance to the respect of privacy and the protection of personal data, and undertakes to implement appropriate measures to ensure the protection of such data and to process and use such data in compliance with applicable provisions, in particular the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
ARTICLE 1: Data Controller
Your data is collected by OZERTY (MOJO FZ LLC), whose registered office is located at A4-709 Building no.A4, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, 10055 Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, registered under number 45000044.
Within the meaning of Article 24 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation, OZERTY acts as the data controller for the processing of the data.

ARTICLE 2: Data collected, purposes and legal bases
OZERTY, as data controller, may collect, consult, use, modify, store, transmit and delete personal data within the framework of its commercial and contractual activities.
In accordance with Article 4 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation, the terms "Data" or "Personal Data" designate any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter the "Data Subject").
An "identifiable natural person" is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
OZERTY undertakes to collect personal data only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes, and not to further process such data in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
OZERTY undertakes to process only personal data that is adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which it is collected.
This data is for the most part collected directly from the data subjects when they:
- Create a personal area on the OZERTY website.
- Make an enquiry to OZERTY.
- Place an order on the website.
- Browse the website and/or view the products.
- Contact OZERTY's Customer Service.
Within the framework of the collection activities mentioned above, OZERTY collects the following data:
- Identity data (first name, surname and, where applicable, gender, age, date of birth).
- Contact data (email, postal address, telephone number, social media details).
- Billing data and payment methods.
- Details of the services and subscriptions taken out.
- The history of the contractual relationship.
- A copy of the person's correspondence with customer service.
- Where applicable, responses to surveys and questionnaires and comments/reviews.
- Technical information relating to browsing (e.g.: IP address, browsing history, visit path, browser, operating system, information about the devices from which you access the website...).
It is specified that certain of these data, in particular gender, age or date of birth, are not systematically collected; they are only collected where applicable, when necessary for a specific purpose (for example for the measurement and optimisation of advertising). OZERTY reserves the possibility of collecting them for this purpose in compliance with the principles set out in this policy.
In order to better understand the data processing carried out by OZERTY, we inform data subjects that OZERTY may process their data within the framework of the following purposes, each based on a legal basis within the meaning of Article 6 of the UK GDPR:
- Carrying out processing relating to administrative management (customer accounts, orders, deliveries, invoicing, debt recovery). Legal basis: the performance of the contract concluded with the data subject (Article 6.1.b) and compliance with legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations (Article 6.1.c).
- Carrying out processing relating to the management of the customer relationship (management of reviews, satisfaction surveys, management of the loyalty programme). Legal basis: the performance of the contract (Article 6.1.b) and/or OZERTY's legitimate interest in improving its products and services and retaining its customers (Article 6.1.f).
- Carrying out processing relating to the management of complaints (after-sales service, handling of requests for access, rectification, objection, erasure, management of disputes). Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6.1.c) and OZERTY's legitimate interest in ensuring the defence of its rights (Article 6.1.f).
- Carrying out processing relating to the steering of marketing activity and improvement of the website (traffic analysis, customer targeting, commercial prospecting...). Legal basis: the data subject's consent where required, in particular for the placement of certain cookies and the sending of electronic communications (Article 6.1.a), and/or OZERTY's legitimate interest in promoting and improving its services (Article 6.1.f).
ARTICLE 3: Hosting and transfers of Data
Personal data is hosted and processed within the United Kingdom, as well as in countries recognised by the United Kingdom as ensuring an adequate level of data protection.
Where certain data must be processed or accessed outside the United Kingdom, such a transfer is governed by the appropriate safeguards provided for by applicable data protection law, in particular the International Data Transfer Agreement or the applicable addendum to the standard contractual clauses, supplemented where necessary by additional measures intended to ensure an adequate level of data protection. ARTICLE 4: Recipients of the collected Data
Your data is intended for OZERTY. It may be communicated to our providers acting as processors for the needs of the Service (in particular hosting of the website, processing of payments, delivery of orders, sending of communications and audience measurement), who act only on our instructions and are not authorised to use it for other purposes. Apart from these cases, OZERTY does not pass on your data to third parties.
ARTICLE 5: Data retention period
Data is retained for a period appropriate to the purposes of the processing and in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations.
Data relating to the customer relationship is retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, then in an active database for up to three (3) years from the data subject's last contact or from the end of the contractual relationship.
At the end of this period, the data necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be archived, with restricted access, for the applicable limitation period. Accounting records and supporting documents (in particular invoices) are retained for six (6) years from the end of the accounting period to which they relate, in accordance with applicable tax and company law requirements.
Data processed on the basis of consent (in particular for prospecting purposes or via certain cookies) is retained until consent is withdrawn and, at most, for the periods indicated in Article 7 as regards cookies.
ARTICLE 6: Your rights
In accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, every person has the right of access, rectification, erasure and portability of their Personal Data, as well as the right to restriction of and objection to the processing of such data. Where processing is based on consent, the data subject also has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without this withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent carried out before its withdrawal.

ARTICLE 7: Cookie management policy
A Cookie is a text file placed on your hard drive by the server of the OZERTY website. It generally contains the name of the server that placed it, an identifier in the form of a unique number and an expiry date. Its purpose is to collect information relating to your browsing in order to offer you services adapted to your terminal (computer, mobile or tablet).
On your first visit, a banner allows you to accept or refuse the placement of non-essential cookies. You can change your choices at any time via the parameters provided for this purpose. Non-essential cookies are only placed after obtaining your consent.
7.1 Functional cookies

The lifespan of technical performance cookies is limited to thirteen months.
Refusing the activation of such cookies or deleting them has no impact on the browsing of persons.
7.4 Audience measurement cookies
Audience measurement and statistics cookies allow the data controller to know the use and performance of the website, to establish statistics, volumes of traffic and use of various elements (content visited, paths…) in order to improve the interest and ergonomics of the services offered (the most frequently visited pages or sections, the most read articles…). These cookies also serve to measure the consultation traffic of the website.
