Payment Methods

OZERTY accepts payments by VISA and MASTERCARD credit and debit cards.

  • The total amount of your order is charged to your selected payment method when you click the “Complete order” button at checkout.
  • In the event of a refund, the amount is credited to the original payment method used for your purchase, unless you agree to another option (for example, a credit to your OZERTY Wallet). The terms applicable to each case are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy.

Currency & Bank Fees

  • All transactions are processed in GBP, and payments are made in GBP, so no currency conversion is applied by us.
  • All prices displayed on our website include VAT. Where applicable, any import duties, customs fees, or related taxes are paid by us, and customers will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
  • Important: If your payment method is denominated in a different currency than GBP, your bank may apply currency conversion fees. We recommend checking directly with your bank for details of any applicable charges.

Orders under £20 — Flexpay Program

The minimum order value on our website is £20 in items (excluding shipping). This minimum allows us to keep our prices as low as possible: shipping costs, which are fixed regardless of what the parcel contains, are spread across several items rather than carried by a single one. It is also what allows us to offer free shipping while limiting unnecessary packaging and trips.

Carts under £20 are still possible thanks to Flexpay, our deposit system:

  • How it works: if your cart is under £20 and you place your order with Flexpay, a deposit of £13.95 is charged to your payment method 48 hours after your order. On the same day, your OZERTY Wallet is credited with a £13.95 benefit, equal to the deposit, usable on your future purchases.

  • Your OZERTY Wallet: this credit never expires and can be used on any order of £20 or more in items, simply by selecting it at checkout. Granted as a commercial benefit, it is usable exclusively as store credit and is not convertible to cash. The deposit itself remains subject to your statutory right to cancel, under the terms set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Cancelling the deposit: if you place a new order within 24 hours of your first order and the total of your items, across all orders, reaches £20 or more, the Flexpay deposit is automatically cancelled and will not be charged. Your orders are then prepared and shipped together in the same parcel.

  • Consent: Flexpay is presented and expressly accepted by the customer before the order is confirmed. The deposit amount, its due date, and its conditions are displayed at the moment of acceptance. These terms are an integral part of these Payment Conditions.
