Payment Methods
OZERTY accepts payments by VISA and MASTERCARD credit and debit cards.
- The total amount is charged immediately to your selected payment method when you click the “Complete order” button on the checkout page.
- In the event of a refund, the amount will be credited only to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Orders below £20
- Ozerty may apply a processing fee of £13.95 for orders with a total value below £20. This allows us to continue offering a wide range of products at competitive prices, as shipping and handling costs are significantly higher for small orders. Ordering additional items to reach the minimum order amount also helps reduce excessive packaging waste.
- To avoid the processing fee: customers are encouraged to place an order of £20 or more on our website. Alternatively, if you place an additional order within 24 hours, and the combined total of all orders reaches £20 or more, the processing fee will be automatically cancelled or, if already charged, refunded.
- These conditions are made known to the customer before order confirmation and form an integral part of these Payment Conditions.
Currency & Bank Fees
- All transactions are processed in GBP, and payments are made in GBP — no currency conversion is applied by us.
- All prices displayed on our website include VAT. Where applicable, any import duties, customs fees, or related taxes are paid by us, and customers will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
- Important: If your payment method is denominated in a different currency than GBP, your bank may apply currency conversion fees. We recommend checking directly with your bank for details of any applicable charges.
